CycleSmart Coaching provides a fully personalised training service for beginner to Intermediate cyclists. From support to achieve fitness and weight loss goals or gain more confidence on the bike through to individualised training plans, analysis and advice for the keen event or race rider, help is at hand.
Welcome to CycleSmart Coaching
From an initial discussion of what your aspirations are we will complete some testing to determine your current fitness level, strengths and limiters.
We will then structure your very own program which may include:
One on One Personal Trainer sessions for skills and technique, confidence building, and creating a consistent exercise routine. This is well suited to individuals wanting support and encouragement several times per week either indoor or outdoors.
A fully supported periodised training plan updated monthly to give you direction and progression building to your event or race goals.
Guidance with bike fit, nutrition, recovery planning, core strength development equipment choice, event preparation and on day strategy.
