Personal Trainer Plan
$25 ½ Hour
$39 per hr.
This plan is for accompanied rides or indoor sessions when you want direction, support motivation and encouragement to get the exercise done. These can integrated into your chosen program as required or selected independently. Small groups by arrangement. Have you planned your Taupo Relay team yet? Available by appointment in Auckland.

Custom Virtual Event Ride / Race Power Training. You don’t need a power meter. Just bring your bike and step up to the challenge of a great workout. Inquire for more information.
